CONSER has a group of high
quality engineers to design the connectors from Material,
Manufacturing, Performance and Testing, etc. The engineers
are well educated from University with engineering background
and knowledge. They are also well experienced either working
in CONSER many years or from computer related field.

In total 15,000sqm, we have
two factories each with 3 floors. In this space, we have
full production line for connectors including Contact
Stamping, Plastic Injection, Die Cast Injection, Automatic
Assembly Machine, Assembling Line, Testing Laboratory

The Die Cast Machine enables
CONSER to produce the connector components precisely to
the orginal design. We also accept orders for other metal
parts of customer design.

The Plastic Injection Line
is available with different materials such as PBT, Nylon,
LCP, PC, ABS for different applications. It not only provides
insulators and plastic parts for our connector, but also
inject the independent Plastic parts for customer's unique
design and application.

very well-known in Taiwan/China connector industry as
a high quality supplier. It provides high quality contact
for our connector and also serves customers who need contact
pin only. |
| Our Tooling Department offers
wide and deep services for both plastic and metal parts.
It is the source of our high quality connector. It accepts
order from customers for Tooling service as well. |
| Our Cable Assembly Lines offer
High-Tech and High Quality products to OEM/ODM cable assembly
demands and standard cable assembly for commercial market. |
| CONSER utilizes a full suite
of industry standard testing equipment to ensure durability,
strength and reliability. Tests ensure that all aspects
of product development are thoroughly analyzed. Our testing
facilities allow us and our customers to validate the
design and feasibility of manufacturing the product prototype.
Comprehensive in-process testing during the product development
stage means early detection of necessary engineering changes
to meet customers' reliability requirements |
